Zusammenfassung

Der Hirndruck kann sowohl pharmakologisch als auch ventilatorisch entscheidend beeinflußt werden. Für die Regulierung des Hirndrucks sind hinsichtlich der Beatmung interessant: Atemminutenvolumen, Inspirations- und Exspirationsdruck, Flowmuster sowie Inspirations-Exspirationsverhältnis.
