Zusammenfassung
Gleichzeitig verabreichte Substanzen können sich im Organismus in der Resorption, der Plasmaproteinbindung, am Ort der Wirkung, im Metabolismus und in der Ausscheidung gegenseitig beeinflussen. Eine Verstärkung oder Verminderung der pharmakologischen und toxikologischen Wirkungen von Lokalanästhetika kann dadurch erfolgen [2]. Für die Regionalanästhesie kommen in diesem Zusammenhang in erster Linie Pharmaka wie Diazepam zur intraoperativen Sedierung, ggf. zur Krampfprophylaxe und Ketanest bzw. Inhalationsnarkotika zur Vervollkommnung einer unzureichenden Leitungsanästhesie zur Anwendung.
