Summary

Combat game simulations can produce so-called killer-victim matrices indicating the losses of each weapon system engaged in a combat. This paper shows how to calculate from existing killer-victim matrices a system of weighting factors of weapons. These weighting factors utilize the theory of eigenvalue of non-negative matrices. (The Frobenius Theory)
