Neue Konzepte der Diagnostik und Therapie des Mammakarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Das Problem des Eigenwiederaufbaues ist naturgemäß schon in der Vor-Silikon-Ôra [2, 21, 35] Gegenstand wissenschaftlicher Mitteilungen gewesen. Darüber hinaus empfehlen jedoch auch eine Reihe von zeitgenössischen Autoren [19, 34, 6, 20, 8, 9, 17, 24, 31, 3] einen Eigenwiederaufbau mit unterschiedlichen Methoden bei großen und ptotischen Brüsten (Tabelle 4). Man wird die Methode der Subkutanen Reduktionsmastektomie (SRM) gegen jene abgrenzen müssen.
