Retinoids

Abstract

In recent years several authors have reported the beneficial effect in psoriasis of the oral administration of an aromatic derivative of retinoic acid, Ro 10-9359 (7,12,13,17,18). The mechanisms of action of this compound are not fully understood but their analysis could be a useful tool in understanding mechanisms underlying psoriasis itself.
