Ro 10-9359 in Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis. Preliminary Report

  • Conference paper
Retinoids

Abstract

Ro 10-9359 was shown to have some anti-tumor activity in experimental in vitro studies (4, 15,17), in chemically induced cancers and papillomas (2, 3, 5) and in multiple keratoacanthomas and epitheliomas in humans (7, 8,16). There were also some attempts to apply this treatment in cases of epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV) induced by oncogenic papilloma virus HPV-5 (1, 9, 12).
