Zusammenfassung
Die Frage, ob Marketingausgaben voll dem Aufwand der laufenden Periode zugerechnet oder als Investitionen behandelt werden sollen, ist nicht neu. Bereits Dean (1951) weist auf die Problematik hin, und Albach (1965) hält es für erforderlich, daß „die Instrumente der Investitionstheorie eingesetzt werden, um die optimale Höhe der Werbeausgaben zu bestimmen“.
