Abstract
In Figs. 33 (p. 118/119) and 34 (p. 122/123), drawn on the topographical map of the Simen mountains, the plot of the residuals is shown which result from the regression equations and which refer to the Walia ibex and the Klipspringer. For the Gelada baboon such a plot is not given nor a theoretical distribution pattern as presented in the next chapter, because mainly due to the major changes in habitat selection shown in Table 24 (p. 104), an average and overall pattern could not be satisfactory.
