Über die arrhythmogene Wirkung von Potentialdifferenzen im Ventrikelmyokard

Zusammenfassung

Beim experimentellen Verschluß einer Koronararterie kommt es innerhalb weniger Minuten zum Auftreten maligner ventrikulärer Arrhythmien. Untersuchungen von Janse et al. 1980 [10], Kléber et al. 1978 [13] und Dow-nar et al. 1977 [6], weisen darauf hin, daß Herzrhythmusstörungen in der Frühphase der Ischämie auf zwei unterschiedlichen pathogenetischen Mechanismen beruhen:

    Fokale Reizbildung durch „Verletzungsstrom“,

  2. 2.

    Reentry im ischämischen Myokard.
