Zusammenfassung

Lidocain hat sich als Antiarrhythmikum in der Behandlung von ventrikulären Arrhythmien beim frischen Myokardinfarkt bewährt [4]. Da es jedoch nur in parenteraler Form wirksam ist [18], ist es der Akutbehandlung von Herzrhythmusstörungen vorbehalten. In den letzten 10 Jahren sind mehrere orale Derivate des Lidocain synthetisiert worden, von denen die meisten jedoch keine ausreichende Wirkung zeigten.
