Zusammenfassung

Chronisch rezidivierende Kammertachykardien stellen potentiell lebensbedrohliche Herzrhythmusstörungen dar. Trotz großer Fortschritte auf dem Gebiet der Antiarrhythmika ist die empirisch gewählte konventionelle antiarrhythmische Therapie sehr häufig ineffektiv und für den Patienten mit langen Krankenhausaufenthalten sowie der Gefahr des plötzlichen Herztodes verbunden [1, 15, 35].
