Zusammenfassung

Die Vorbereitung zur Röntgenuntersuchung des Dickdarms entscheidet über die Qualität dieser Untersuchung. Die Verbreitung der Doppelkontrastmethode hat die Diskussion um die optimale Vorbereitung erneut entfacht. Die Anspriiche sind gestiegen. Ziel der Vorbereitung ist das leere Kolon. Es wird nicht in alien Fällen erreicht. Die Vielzahl der Methoden deutet auf bestehende Schwie-rigkeiten. Die Resultate sind bei stationaren Patienten trotz des größeren Aufwandes schlechter.
