Abstract
In this book, the numerical data needed by the radiologist and radiation physicist are given in the form of graphs and tables:

Graphic representations were chosen when it was important primarily to show the relationship between variables. Graphs have the additional advantages of providing information rapidly and of making available any desired intermediate values.

Tables, on the other hand, provide specific values with greater speed and reliability, and often with greater precision than graphs. For many topics in which not only a representation by curves, but also the easy availability of particular numbers was important, graphs and tables were placed side by side.
