Zusammenfassung

Obwohl Gastrin kaum im Harn ausgeschieden wird, ist die Nierenrinde für die Hormoninaktivierung in vivo und in vitro von grosser Bedeutung (1, 2). So werden beim Menschen etwa 40% des exogenen Gastrins und beim Hund 30% des endogenen, stimulierten Gastrins durch eine einzige Organpassage aus der Nierenarterie extrahiert.
