Zusammenfassung

Die Motilität des Oesophagus wird durch eine große Anzahl von Medikamenten verschiedener Substanzgruppen beeinflußt (Tabelle 1). Für die Therapie der gastrooesophagealen Refluxkrankheit sind jedoch nur wenige der auf die Motilität wirkenden Substanzen prinzipiell geeignet. Dies sind abgesehen von den Antacida (s. Kap. 13), folgende Pharmaka:

  • Direkte Parasympathomimetica wie Bethanechol, Carbachol, Methacholin;

  • Metoclopramid und sein Derivat Bromoprid;

  • Domperidon.
