Zusammenfassung
Um der Aufgabe, die das Thema stellt, gerecht werden zu können, will ich versuchen, im Laufe der Ausführungen ein Thema in den Vordergrund zu stellen, das dem verstorbenen Wilhelm Lochner immer sehr am Herzen gelegen hat, nämlich der extrakoronare Widerstand. Das ist die Widerstandskomponente des koronaren Widerstands, die nicht durch die Gefäße und durch den Gefäßetonus hervorgerufen wird, sondern durch die Mechanik der Herzarbeit selbst. Sie kann Anlaß zu Störungen in der Durchblutung sein.
