Zusammenfassung

Ulcus duodeni-Patienten zeigen gehäuft Störungen der oralen Glucosetoleranz (1), die nach einer Magenoperation noch verstärkt auftreten können (3). Ihre Ursache ist noch weitgehend ungeklärt. Ein Zusammenhang zur Magenentleerung wird zwar vermutet (V), konnte aber bislang nicht bewiesen werden.
