Untersuchungen zum Mechanismus des antihypertensiven Effektes von Diuretika

Zusammenfassung

Seit der Einführung der langwirksamen Benzothiadiazin-Diuretika und dem Nachweis ihres antihypertensiven Effektes hat die Bedeutung dieser Substanzen bei der Behandlung der arteriellen Hypertension ständig zugenommen. Die chronische Applikation von Diuretika führt zu einer Senkung des erhöhten Blutdrucks von im Mittel 20 mm Hg systolisch und 10–15 mm Hg diastolisch. Die Mechanismen, die dem Blutdruckabfall zugrunde liegen, sind weitgehend ungeklärt.
