Summary
Localization and situation of the incision lines are decisive factors in dermatosurgical wound closure. They define the possibilities of adaptation and the suture tension under motion, which are essential for the choice of suture techniques and suitable materials. Structure and properties of nonresorbable, resorbable and absorbable suture materials and particular uses of different suture techniques are discussed in this survey.
Zusammenfassung
Beim Wundverschluß an der Haut werden bereits durch Lokalisation und Schnittführung Adaptationsmöglichkeiten und mögliche Nahtbelastungen unter Bewegung entschieden. Daraus ergeben sich die anzuwendenden Nahttechniken und aus diesen die Wahl der Fadenmaterialien. Struktur und Eigenschaften der nichtresorbierbaren, resorbierbaren und absorbierbaren Fäden und Besonderheiten der wichtigsten Hautnahttechniken werden im Zusammenhang dargestellt.
