Summary

Chronic lymphedema of the penis and scrotum can be treated by lymphangiectomy with primary closure or skin grafting. Two cases are described. This treatment has been effective and has given a good functional result.

Zusammenfassung

Das chronische Lymphödem des Penis und Skrotum läßt sich mit Hilfe der oberflächlichen Lymphangiektomie — mit primärem Wundschluß oder Spalthautdeckung im Bereich des Penisschaftes — behandeln. Bei zwei Patienten erwies sich diese Therapie als wirksam und führte zu einem guten funktionellen Resultat.
