Abstract
The nonlinear behaviour of Goertler vortices in the laminar boundary layer along a concave wall is analytically investigated [1] and the results are discussed in relation to the experimental results by several authors [2] – [4] in the previous work. For instance, the tendency of the disturbance approaching some finite amplitude and the associated change of the wave form from its original sinusoidal form are derived from the analysis.
