Zusammenfassung
Seit gut zehn Jahren wird von der Arzneimittelkommission unter anderem auch die Überprüfung einer Histaminfreisetzung durch neu zu registrierende Medikamente gefordert. Pharmaka, die seit Jahren bzw. seit Jahrzehnten im Handel sind und bei denen mit modernen Untersuchungsmethoden eine Histaminfreisetzung nachgewiesen wurde, müssen in die Diskussion einbezogen werden. Es bleibt dem Untersucher überlassen, eine gewisse Wertung vorzunehmen.
