Summary
The two main components of O-(β-hydroxyethyl)-rutosides, 7,3′, 4′-tri- and 5,7,3′, 4′-tetra-O-(β-hydroxyethyl)-rutoside, were purified on a Sephadex LH-20 column. After hydrolysis their corresponding aglycones were identified and characterized by mass spectrometry.
Zusammenfassung
Die beiden Hauptbestandteile der O-(β-Hydroxyethy)-rutoside1, das 7.3′.4′-Tri- und das 5.7.3′.4′-Tetra-O-(β-hydroxyethyl)-rutosid wurden durch Säulenchromatographie über Sephadex LH-20 getrennt. Nach Hydrolyse wurden die entsprechenden Aglykone massenspektrometrisch identifiziert und charakterisiert.
