Zur Auffüllung größerer Knochendefekte nach Trauma, Infektion oder Pseudarthrose hat sich die autologe Spongiosaplastik deshalb mit Erfolg durchgesetzt, weil sie auf Grund ihrer osteogenetischen Potenz eine schnelle Einheilung garantiert (5).
