Zusammenfassung

Hochdosierte Glucocorticoide führen im Schock zu einer Abnahme des peripheren Widerstandes mit verbesserter Mikrozirkulation (3). Mittels Direktableitung sympathischer postganglionärer Fasern haben wir geprüft, ob dieser vasodilatorische Effekt durch eine Hemmung des Vasomotorentonus hervorgerufen wird.
