Abstract
The authors have carried out the comparative experimental research on the sensitivity of chromatic reaction of urine with silver nitrate and on the change of the amount of double bonds in liver lipids with the hexinal test in the evaluation of hepatotoxicity of carbon tetrachloride and tetracycline. As a criterion of comparison there have been used limits of acute action of tested agents according to above-mentioned tests. There have been shown the high sensitivity of chromatic reaction of urine while testing the disturbance of liver function and the possibility of its usage in dynamic observations of chronic toxicological experiment.
