Abstract
In our pediatric case material, about 10% of all radiologic examinations during infancy comprise standard pelvic X-rays. In 1972, 604 pelvic X-rays of infants less than 1 year old were taken at the Children’s Hospital of the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg to determine the presence of dysplasia or dislocation of the hip.
