Zusammenfassung
Frühere Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, daß die Bypass-Durchströ-mung nach Revascularisation des Myokards kleiner ist als der ursprüngliche Coronarfluß (1). Da die mittlere Myokarddurchblutung im bypassabhängigen Bereich normal ist, stellt sich die Frage, ob die Myokarddurchblutung collateralabhängig und ihre Verteilung homogen ist.
