Abstract

It is well known that the coaction of hereditary, metabolic, and environmental factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of cerebral vasculopathy. Each one of these three factors may be hypothesized and analyzed with extreme severity. This extreme severity must, however, be measured according to how rough the diagrams of clinical integration are: “better,” “the same,” “worse” are the final references to the man before us and not to the integrated model we have analyzed.
