Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen unserer Stoffwechseluntersuchungen während und nach verschiedenartigen operativen Eingriffen sowie im Schock, stießen wir auch auf die Frage, in wieweit transfundiertes Blut die auftretenden StoffwechseVeränderungen beeinflußt. Sowohl die Arbeitsgruppe um HOWLAND (5,6,8,9,) als auch COLLINS und Mitarbeiter (3) messen auf Grund ihrer Untersuchungen während Massivtransfusionen, dem transfundierten Blut eine erhebliche Wirkung auf die Veränderungen der Stoffwechselparameter des Empfängerorganismus’ zu. Um diese Einwirkungen beurteilen zu können, untersuchten wir den Eigenstoffwechsel der Konserven in Abhängigkeit von ihrem Lagerungsalter.
