Abstract
The combined techniques of electron microscopy and peroxidase cytochemistry have permitted the identification of at least three abnormal subgroups of peroxidase-negative and peroxidase positive neutrophils. The findings reported here emphasize the value of this approach in detecting abnormalities in the cytoplasmic differentiation of leukemic PMN.
