Part of the book series: Advances in Neurosurgery ((NEURO,volume 2))

Abstract

Meningiomas are extremely rare in the pre-adolescent age group. If observed, they are noteworthy for their tremendous size and unusual location. The following is a report of 2 of the author’s own cases. These were of special interest, since one of them was associated with von RECKLINGHAUSEN’s disease, while the other occurred in combination with histiocytosis-x.
