Therapy for Smoking

  • Chapter
Progress in Behaviour Therapy

Abstract

This experiment could not have been conducted without the help of a number of persons whose names cannot all be listed here. Particular thanks are due to the therapists, Renate de Jong, Roland Knebusch, Marina Kolb, Sibylle Kraemer, Sonnhild Schiƶberg and Gerda Week. Ronald Ramsay and Fred Kanfer helped in the training and discussions with the therapists. Gerhard Henrich, Norbert Mai, Dirk Revenstorff and Manfred Tettweiler were responsible for the statistical analyses. Finally Ellen Anderson, Friederike Wildhager and Gerlinde Winter gave much of their time for secretarial assistance.

The support of the project by the ā€œBundeszentrale fĆ¼r gesundheitliche AufklƤrungā€ is gratefully acknowledged.
