Abstract

The specimen was collected from Wakulla, Fla., U. S. A., by Dr. R. W. Griffith, Department of Biology, Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut. Metaphases from air-dried preparations were obtained from short-term in vitro cell culture of fragmentized ovary, and stained with aceto-orcein.
