Wirkung von Ēthrane auf die Blutgerinnung

Zusammenfassung

Bei 31 Patientinnen und 16 Patienten im Durchschnittsalter von 46 Jahren wurde der Effekt von Ēthrane-Anaesthesien auf die Hämostase geprüft. Prä- und postoperativ wurden Prothrombinzeit nach Quick, partielle Thromboplastinzeit (PTT), Thrombinzeit, Fibrinogen (Faktor I), Faktor II (Prothrombin) und Faktor V (Proaccelerin) untersucht. Dazu kamen Untersuchungen des roten und weißen Blutbildes, um Störeinflüsse durch intraoperative Blutungen auszuschließen. Aufgrund der geringfügigen Änderungen der Befunde postoperativ ist eine stärkere Beeinflussung der Hämostase sowie der Erythro- und Leukopoese unter Ēthrane-Anaesthesien nicht anzunehmen.

Summary

The effect of Ēthrane-induced anesthesia on hemostasis was studied in 31 female and 16 male patients (average age 46 years). Tests made before and after operation included Quick’s test, partial thromboplastin time (PTT), Thrombin time, fibrinogen (factor I), prothrombin (factor 11), and pro-accelerin (factor V), as well as WBC and RBC counts to exclude any disturbances due to intraoperative hemorrhage. In the light of the minor changes in postoperative findings, it can be concluded that Ēthrane anaesthesia has no significant effect on hemostasis, erythropoiesis, and (or) leukopoiesis.
