Wirkung von Ēthrane auf die Fertilität und vorgeburtliche Entwicklung der Ratte

Zusammenfassung

Es konnte bewiesen werden, daß i. p. Narkosen mit chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffinhalationsnarkotika in der Dosierung 500 bis 1000 mg/kg (Chloroform, Halothan, Penthrane) möglich sind. Als auffällige Befunde wurden blutige und unblutige Ejakulationen beobachtet: bei Halothan wiederholt blutige Ejakulationen, bei Penthrane unblutige Ejakulationen, bei Chloroform eine Ejakulation in einem Fall, bei Ēthrane keine Reaktionen. Dosen von 500 bis 1000 mg/kg, die bei Halothan, Penthrane und Chloroform narkotisch wirken, zeigen bei Ēthrane lediglich eine Sedierung; erst Dosen in der Größenordnung der LD 50 (4 000 mg/kg Ēthrane i. p. ) bewirken Narkosen im Stadium III bis IV.

Nach Ēthrane-Applikation (750 mg/kg) in verschiedenen Schwangerschaftsstadien wurden bei 155 Früchten keine Mißbildungen gesehen, jedoch eine erhöhte Empfindlichkeit der Feten bei Applikation höherer Dosen.

Abstract

The authors were able to prove that i. p. injection of chlorinated hydrocarbon inhalation anesthetics (chloroform, Halothane, Penthrane) at doses of 500 – 1000 mg/kg induces anesthesia. The following findings were noteworthy: bloodstained and unstained ejaculations; with Halothane re-bloodstained and unstained ejaculations; with chloroform one ejaculation in one case; with Ēthrane no reactions. Doses of 500 – 1000 mg/kg of Halothane, Penthrane and chloroform have an anesthetic effect but produce only slight sedation with Ēthrane. Only doses of the order to magnitude of the LD 50 (4 000 mg/kg Ēthrane i. p.) produce anesthesia of stages III to IV.

After administration of Ēthrane (750 mg/kg) at various stages of pregnancy, no malformations were seen in 155 fetuses. There was increased sensitivity of the fetuses with higher doses.
