Abstract
Aphasia is a very common clinical sign in acute cerebral circulation disorders of the major hemisphere. Furthermore, the differentiation of several types of aphasia allows a topographical diagnosis in respect to occlusions in the middle cerebral artery and its branches. Such relationships were described in previous papers.
