Abstract

High accuracy photoelectric three-color (U, B, V) observations of the galactic cepheids CD Cyg; X, Z, RR Lac and U Vul have been carried out during the years 1967–1970 with the 38-cm reflector of the Hamburg Observatory installed at the Stephanion Observatory in Greece. A comparison of the results with the photoelectric two-color (B, V) observations of comparable accuracy of the same cepheids carried out in the years 1956–1959 with the 72-cm reflector of the Landessternwarte Heidelberg shows that no changes greater than the observational errors have occured in the form of the light and color curves of these cepheids between the two observational series.
