Die Elektrodefibrillation von Rhythmusstörungen des Herzens hat ihre eigene anaesthesiologische Problematik: Ein haemodynamisch überlastetes, morphologisch-strukturell geschädigtes, in seiner Coronarreserve eingeschränktes und elektrisch instabiles Myokard wird während der Propanididpassage mit einem transthorakalen Stromstoß hoher Spannung belastet.
