Zusammenfassung
Als „PraIeukamie“ wird seit den Arbeiten von Block, Jacobson u. Bethard die Summe der Vorgänge im Bereich der hämopoetischen Gewebe verstanden, die dem Krankheitsbild der Leukämie vorausgehen, sich somit vor dem Zeitpunkt der klinisch frühstmöglichen Diagnosestellung abspielen. Das klinische Bild der Leukämie wird durch die direkten und indirekten Auswirkungen der leukämischen Zellpopulation geprägt, deren Proliferation zu einer klinisch erfaßbaren Große zeitabhangig ist (Abb. 1). Die Entwicklung der leukamisch induzierten Stammtelle zur systembezogenen Leukämiezelle verläuft liber Stufen und die leukamische Umwandlung der hämopoetischen Systeme in Abhängigkeit von ihrer Reaktions fähigkeit und Proliferationskraft schrittweise liber Stufen der Malignität.
