Zusammenfassung
Unser Modell für die Untersuchung der viralen Onkogenese ist die Reaktion einer Wirtszelle auf die Infektion mit dem onkogenen Virus SV40. Durch die Infektion wird eine Zellyse [6] oder eine Zelltransformation [1] herbeigeführt. In beiden Fällen kommt es zur Depression bzw. Induktion von Enzymen [3, 4] und Antigenen [5], d. h. das Proteinmuster im Inneren der Zelle und an der Zelloberfläche erfährt eine wesentliche Änderung. Die grundlegenden Fragen sind: 1. wie verändert sich das Proteinmuster der normalen Zelle beim Übergang zur transformierten Zelle? 2. stammt die genetische Information vom Genom des Virus oder der Wirtszelle, oder kommt sie durch das Zusammentreffen beider zustande?
