Zusammenfassung
Die häufigsten klinischen Symptome eines akuten Schubes des Morbus Crohn sind Diarrhö, Bauchschmerzen, Gewichtsverlust, blutige Stühle und Fieber. Das klinische Bild ist von Patient zu Patient sehr variabel und wird bestimmt von der Lokalisation der Erkrankung und dem Ausmaß der Entzündung (Tabelle 3).
