Abstract
The versatility of computer generated stimuli on phosphor displays has been flanking the advancement of Visual Science, but an end point is being reached: the intrinsic technical limitations fail in competing with the fineness of the “psychophysical evaluation of image quality” in the spatio-temporal realm.
