Abstract

Immunointervention therapies have found a role in the management of many T cell- mediated skin diseases. Extracorporeal photochemotherapy (ECP) has found a role as an immunointervention in the following diseases:

  • Cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL)

  • Pemphigus Vulgaris

  • Pemphigus foliaceous

  • Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD)

  • Psoriatic arthritis

  • Scleroderma

  • Lupuus erythematosus

  • Epidermolysis bullosa acquisita (EBA)
