Zusammenfassung

Laser Doppler werden heutzutage in fast allen Bereichen der Medizin angewandt Nicht zuletzt aufgrund der Einfachheit der Bedienung und der Möglichkeit, kurzfristig und nicht-invasiv Informationen über den Durchblutungszustand eines Gewebes wie z.B. der Haut oder eines Gefäßes zu erhalten, hat sich die Laser Doppler Technik sehr schnell etabliert. Häufige Anwendungsfelder sind neben der experimentellen Mikrozirkulationsforschung die Angiologie, die Dermatologie und die plastische Chirurgie. Inzwischen gibt es zahlreiche käuflich erwerbliche Geräte. In diesem Kapitel sollen die eindimensionale Laser Doppler Fluxmetrie, das Laser Doppler Scanning und die Laser Doppler Anemometrie vorgestellt warden.
