Zusammenfassung

Eine Verlängerung der Überlebenszeit von Herztransplantaten bei gleichzeitiger Lungentransplantation ist schon länger aus der Klinik bekannt [5]. Auch im allogenen Tiermodell konnte dieser Effekt (Combieffekt nach Westra [7]) nachgewiesen werden [2, 6, 8, 9]. Dagegen gelang es nicht, eine Verlängerung der Überlebenszeit auch nach xenogener konkordanter Herz- (HTx) und Herz-Lungentransplantation (HLTx) zu erreichen [9].
