Cluster Structures in the Configuration Space and Relaxation in the 3d ± J Ising Spin Glass

Abstract

The relaxation behaviour of a small cubic ± J spin glass is considered. The long-time relaxation is only determined by the largest non-trivial eigenvalues of the transition matrix of this system. Based on the knowledge of the cluster structure in the configuration space for energetically low-lying states two approximations for the transition matrix are proposed.
