Zusammenfassung

Frakturursache ist meist ein Sturz aus größerer Höhe. Oft doppelseitig und kombiniert mit weiteren Frakturen der unteren Extremität und der Wirbelsäule. Bei mehr als 2/3 findet sich eine Mitbeteiligung des Gelenkes, was Anlaß gibt zu posttraumatischer Arthrose, gefolgt von unfallbendingter Invalidität.
