Zusammenfassung

Zwischen dem Blutstillungssystem und der Pathogenese von arteriellen und venösen Gefäßkrankheiten bestehen vielfältige Beziehungen. In den letzten Jahren haben neue experimentelle Daten unser Verständnis der Beziehungen zwischen Hämostasefaktoren und Gefäßwand bei der Atherogenese wesentlich erweitert. Aber auch zur venösen Thrombogenese gibt es wichtige neue Befunde.
