Zusammenfassung
Das klinische Bild der Achalasie weist starke individuelle Variationen auf, Dysphagie und Regurgitation gelten jedoch als Leitsymptome. Die Häufigkeit der einzelnen Symptome ist in Tabelle 1 aufgelistet [3, 10, 18]. In der Regel bestehen zum Zeitpunkt der Diagnosestellung die Symptome mehr oder weniger stark ausgeprägt bereits seit mehreren Jahren.
